What's your name?
What's your email address:
Are you a student?
Yes, promise.
How did you find out about Youngbloods?
A young man appeared in one of my advertising lectures one afternoon and told the class about Youngbloods.
What position are you applying for?
I would like to apply for the position of university representative.
Why would you be good at this position?
2012 marks my sixth year of university education. That's six years, three campuses, three degrees attempted, four majors, an unspeakable HECS bill... and a partridge in a pear tree. The result of this Van Wylder-esque period at uni is a clear understanding of the student demographic and lifestyle.
I have also developed excellent written and verbal communication skills through my work as social media co-ordinator and promotional team member at the Event cinemas.
Additionally, I have worked as a campus editor developing the mobile phone 'app' and map, Lost On Campus. As a result I have an intimate knowledge of the QUT Kelvin Grove and Gardens Point grounds. I can direct you to a toilet on just about any level of any building and that's a worthwhile skill for a university representative to possess.
N.B. I would also appreciate the opportunity to work on any Youngbloods creative campaigns. I intend to pursue copywriting professionally and I hope that I can contribute the skills and experience I have gained through my studies in this field.
How much time are you willing to commit per month?
Between my work and study commitments I am able to devote up to two full days per week/approximately 60 hours per month.
Is there anything else we need to know?
Yes. I have mastered the Youngbloods gang sign.
Word.
